Dr. Sandford and Associates is not "in-network" for any insurance company. Your dental insurance is a private arrangement between you, your
employer and your dental insurance company.
As a courtesy we will be happy to either file your dental claim electronically or give you a super-bill so you can file your claim directly. We ask
that you pay in full for your dental treatment and all paper work we give you will require your dental insurance company to reimburse you
directly. Please contact our in-office insurance specialist for details.
